We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job title: Head Risk Management and Recovery

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Institute credit policies and procedures
• Identify risk and the potential impact of the risk
• Monitor Business development for emerging new risk management processes
• Ensure adequate and complete documentation of all credit exposure and institute annual review for updates and renewal of expired documents.
• Provide comprehensive analysis and report on loans portfolio to management on a monthly basis and to the Board on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with CBN and IFRS guidelines on impairment of credit portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in credit risk management role
• Ability to use multiple tools and models to assess risks and analyse them
• Attention to details.

Remuneration
N6,2000,000 – N6,900,000 / Annum.
