Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales planning and forming strategic partnership with marketing, product, engineering, project and other relevant functions.
  • Providing recommendations to management on strategies for improving speed of service delivery while enduring business objectives such as risks management and profitability are being achieved.
  • Managing existing relationships and strategically creating new business channels within business sector.
  • Identify sales leads, pitch products and/or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship.
  • Achieve strategic relationship building with new customers across all sectors.
  • Execute strategies and build rewarding relationship with new clients in the Government and public sector.
  • Build strong business development team and capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively, new product developments to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build strategic relationship with C-Level executives across all sectors.
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
  • Training business development staff.
  • Attending conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • 2 – 3 years experience in similar position.
