Ohly Americas is now offering up to $2,500 Sign on Bonus for a Production Technician/Operator for our team in Boyceville, Wisconsin, USA.

The Production Technicians/Operators are responsible for safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems to produce Specialty Powders and Yeast Extracts. This includes Spray Dryers, Evaporators, Dry and Liquid blenders, Packaging, Separators/Centrifuges, and CIP systems. Operators perform a critical role at Ohly. Attention to detail, organization and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems within a team are key.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-motivated to complete work as part of team
• High School or equivalent education
• Troubleshooting- determine causes of problems and errors and resolve them
• Oral and written communication skills
• Able to maintain certification to operate a forklift
• Frequently lift and/or move 50 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, climb, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Frequent use of hands to manipulate tools, objects, and controls
• Computer skills desired, but not required
• Experience with HMI or SCADA control systems is a plus
• Hands-on mechanical skills a plus

Hours/Wages:

• $ 0.50 cents/hour night shift differential
• Starting wages; $21.32/hour – $23.00/hour ($22.32 -$24.00/hr effective 6/1/22)
• 12-hour shifts consisting of 3 days one week and 4 days the next
• 3-day weekend every other weekend
• 8 hours of built-in overtime pay in a 2-week period
