We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Creating and processing invoices.
  • Cross checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing hospital account payable /receivable.
  • Daily reconciliation of cash payment with E-payment
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Processing refunds
  • Timely processing of accounting ledgerand sub ledgers by verifying and posing all account transactions to the accounting software daily
  • Efficiently maintain and manage the hospitals petty cash.

Requirements

  • HND in Accounting or any other related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of working experience
  • Minimum of AAT certification.
  • Must reside within Ketu, Oshodi, Ilupeju or Maryland axis.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster and maintain business and client relationships
  • For gender balance, male candidate will be preferable.

Remuneration
N70,000 – N75,000 Monthly.
