Suave Careers – Our client is an expanding real estate company based in Lagos Mainland. They deal with the construction and sales of properties; manage properties and facilities, design and supervise projects.

They are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Relations Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• As a Client Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact with clients.
• Act as a liaison between the company and customers (acting as the company gatekeeper), and assist with orders, complaints, errors, and lots of other queries.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Conversion of Prospective buyers to clients
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing the company’s products inside and out so that you can answer clients’ questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications

• BSc or HND in any relevant field of study
• 2-4 years experience as a Real Estate Marketer.
• Must have worked or currently working as a real estate firm as a Marketer
• Must Have Real Estate Marketing Experience.

Salary

• N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.
