Job Brief

• Our client needs a competent and hardworking candidate to employ as a customer service representative.

Duties

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
• Collect copays and deductible payments
• Maintain and update customer and referral information

Qualification

• HND / B.Sc qualification.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
