Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Take charge of Information dissemination in the Terminals via the Public Address System
- Maintain and manage Customer Feedback through Suggestion Box, Passenger Complaint Form, etc.
- Coordinate & manage the ‘Lost but Found’ items to facilitate quick recovery and claim of passenger missing items.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND / ND Degree in any field or a relevant qualification.
- Must be Computer literate, good interpersonal skill, ability to cope well under pressure, good attention to details.
