Shift 1: Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm

Shift 2: Friday 6pm to 11pm and Sunday 4pm to 12am

Job Summary:

• HS Classification Knowledge
• FTA Knowledge
• Ensures customs clearance is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Adheres to compliance standards
• Supports relationships with Customs authorities and other required counterparts
• Ensures all Customs entries are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Supports in KPI achievements by working in a productive and team oriented manner
• Initiatives for efficiency improvements
• Ensures operational adherence to defined processing standards
• Supports relationships with Customs authorities and other required counterparts
• Ensures all Customs entries are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Develops best practices and ensures operational adherence to defined processing standards
• Oversees operational account management and ensures delivery against agreed scope
• Handles escalations (e.g. dispute with internal/ external customers)
• Identifies training needs in the team; conduct information sessions to colleagues

CCS Qualified an asset

Extensive knowledge of customs requirements and operational processing of customs
