Latham, the Pool Company, is the largest manufacturer of fabricated pools in North America, Australia, and New Zealand, with over six decades of experience at the center of the backyard lifestyle. We are a public company (Nasdaq: SWIM) run on strong values and have a proven history of quality and customer satisfaction.

Our Canadian operations are expanding with a 170,000 square-foot fiberglass manufacturing facility on a 148 acres site in Bath, Loyalist Township in Ontario, Canada! This new facility will enable us to more effectively and efficiently serve markets in the eastern half of Canada, as well as the Northeast and upper Midwest of the United States, producing pools for its fiberglass brands, including Latham and Narellan Pools. Construction will commence in late fall 2021, with production expected to begin in 2022. The facility is expected to be fully operational by 2024.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise operations to ensure positive labour efficiency and variance through proper headcount

2. Follow company safety policies and programs to promote a safety-first culture throughout the facility

3. Maintain high level of quality throughout the manufacturing process

4. Follow training and cross-training program and implement for production staff

5. Responsible for meeting daily production schedule to insure on-time delivery with the least amount of overtime required

6. Oversee and verify each stage of the production process to ensure the correct amount and type of materials are being used.

7. Check production output and identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to address the issues with employees

8. Submit reports on performance and progress to production manager

9. Communicate job expectations

10. Facilitate daily shift meetings
