We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure maintenance of proper office protocol in receiving visitors and guests.
  • Ensure utmost decorum and tranquility in the front office area.
  • Maintain good office ambience in the head office and at all company’s location.
  • Provide effective reception management with first class customer service at all times.
  • Assist to oversee the general activities of the support staffs such as cleaners, drivers and security
  • Ensure that attendance and movement register booklet are always available and reported as and when due.
  • Handle all incoming calls and route them appropriately to specific employees.
  • Assist to handles general office administration, cleanliness at all times.
  • Assist to inspect all office appliances are well utilized and turned off when not in use.
  • Escalate and report all issues confronted with that may hinder workflow.
  • Handle petty cash for the company’s office supplies and submit prompt monthly report on all expenditures.
  • Provide office consumables (stationery, toiletries, beverages and water) for office use. Ensure availability of all these items at all times without been told.

Responsibilities

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
