SUMMARY

About the Role – Greeter

A Greeter has many responsibilities; they are typically responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel/restaurant, providing directions for guests as needed, and helping keep their work area clean and organized for a good dining experience.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Greet guests as they arrive
• Provide information on our current sales and promotions
• Schedule follow-up appointments or calls
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones
• Notify floor manager or security personnel about potential issues

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous fine dining or luxury level service knowledge and training.
• Minimum 2 years previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand in a similar capacity.
• Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Constant walking & standing
