We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Masseuse

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide 30 – 60 minute massages to clients by appointment
• Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
• Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
• Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
• Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
• Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used
• Consult with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful
• Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body in order to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries or wellness maintenance
• Prepare and blend oils, and apply the blends to clients’ skin
• Discuss with other health care professionals such as physiotherapists, physicians, andnurses, to develop treatment plans for clients.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
