Purpose:
The role of the Office Assistant (OA) is to provide operational and administrative support to the University Secretariat.

Education:
Must be a current student.

Experience:
Experience working in an administrative environment. Experience working with Excel spreadsheets and O365 suite.

Skills:
High degree of tact and diplomacy. strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to use research methods to identify and verify information.
