Job Title: Shop Supervisor

Job Description

• We are looking to hire an innovative and experienced Supervisor who is ready to propel our organization towards growth.

Duties

• Understand customers’ need and offer solutions and support
• Organize and coordinate sales assistant schedules
• Receives reports on all sales
• Supervise sales assistant and shop assistant
• Communicate corporate safety policy and ensure it is being adhered to
• Manage inventory
• Train staff
• Oversee day to day running of the shop
• Responsible for daily and weekly accounting and records.
• Supervise the activities of the other staff members Kind regards,
• Facilitate retail operation
• Track sales metric
• Assist sales assistant to meet and exceed goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Team spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• Good inter personal relationship
• Excellent Leadership skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skill
• Time management and organizational skills.

Remuneration
N40,000 Monthly.
