Job Overview

We are interested in building new relationships with experienced installers specializing in spray foam insulation to complete quality and detailed work. If you have the experience to provide exceptional work while providing great customer service skills across Toronto, we want to hear from you! Excellent communication skills are critical. All jobs will be within a 30km radius of Toronto.

We are looking for piecework or hourly spray foam insulators who specialize in the following:

• Evaluate projects, complete quantity takeoffs, prepare estimates for residential and commercial projects
• Understand how to operate spray foam equipment and tools
• Prepare work site by protecting windows and floors
• Install spray foam inside of walls, ductwork, ceilings, and basement slabs
• Understand and follow spray foam safety protocols
• Troubleshoot spray foam equipment
• Dispose waste materials and clean up
• Conduct site inspections with clients and building officials

Qualifications

• Spray foam license – CUFCA or equivalent
• Full G class driver’s license
• Own truck with equipment and tools is a benefit but not required
• 3+ years of spray foam insulation experience
• Punctual – arriving on time is key
• Honest and reliable
• Great attitude with a willingness to learn
