The Iyaloja Funds initiative aims to support small businesses and market traders by providing financial assistance to help them enhance their capital and grow their enterprises.
This program offers non-interest loans specifically tailored to benefit market traders, enabling them to expand their businesses without the burden of interest charges.
Under this initiative, the government plans to distribute N50,000 non-interest loans to each beneficiary in three phases. Additionally, the government will implement the Renewed Hope Shelter program, which aims to provide housing for impoverished individuals, internally displaced persons, and refugees.
Dr. Beta Edu, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, shared these details during her visit to Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris Malagi, in Abuja.
