Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you will play a critical role in helping to produce Canada Goose outerwear according to the high standards of quality Canada Goose is known for all over the world.

Wondering what you’d be doing?

• Piecework with competitive incentive bonus
• Different tasks daily based on Production needs, including sewing complete garment but not limited to
• Assess the quality of garment pieces before sewing to ensure garments are up to Canada Goose quality standards
• Ensure individual productivity quotas are met or exceeded daily, while at the same time maintaining Canada Goose quality standards
• Any other tasks assigned by the Senior Production Manager (ex. warranty & repair, training, samples, etc)

Here’s what we are looking for…

• 2-3 years’ sewing experience working with outerwear garments
• Must be able to work overtime, evenings and weekends
• Experience on single needle, double needle and seam serger machines
• Experience on specialty machines considered a definite asset
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Product quality inspection and evaluation.
• Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
