Responsibilities:

The General Laborer is responsible for a variety of duties within the facility (Baler, Casemaking, Stock Moving and Aerating). He/she ensures conformance to all Health and Safety Policies, Rules and Regulations and general housekeeping standards. Meets or exceeds production, efficiency and quality requirements at all times.

Summary of essential job functions and responsibilities:

• Perform General Labour duties as assigned (stock moving, case making, sorting, baling, aerating).
• Follow all work instructions and work in a safe manner.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately in a timely manner.
• Perform general housekeeping and other related duties as required.
• Work Hours start time can be (ex- 3pm, 7pm, 11pm, 7am, etc.) Shifts need to be a minimum of 4 hours. Ideally, we would want 6-12 hour shifts.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must successfully complete a color blindness test. This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to safely perform repetitive lifting and work at a fast pace. This is an entry-level position with opportunity to advance and grow with the company.

This is a Part-time contract position.
