Team Leader Technician

Where we need you

• Delegate maintenance activities based on the priorities of the production needs
• Evaluate and recommend necessary changes and updates to technical equipment and procedures.
• Plan and follow through all maintenance activities.
• Ensure that maintenance of equipment; preventative maintenance schedules are prepared and adhered to.
• Track and update predictive maintenance on all machines, secondary equipment, facilities.
• Track and maintain inventory levels in maintenance and facilities.
• Implement activities for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization.
• Special projects as deem necessary.
• Assist with development of plant stores area.
• Other duties as needed.

How to convince us

Work experience requirements:

• Ten years of maintenance and facilities knowledge in related fields.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
