Full Job Description

Rainier Express, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for high-energy, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

Amazon-branded vehicle provided! Non-CDL delivery driver!

Approximate hours are 10 am to 8:30 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Full-time schedule is 4 days per week. We require one weekend day as part of your regular weekly schedule. We will consider part-time hires who can work 2 or 3 days per week (10 hr shifts). We deliver to South Hill, Graham, Roy, Yelm, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.50-$22.00/ Hour + Bonuses (if applicable)
• High-performing drivers average $23-$27/hr, including their earned performance bonuses such as Hour Guarantee Bonus, Rescue Bonus, and Good Driver Bonus
• Top Pay for Top Performance – Our drivers earn $23-$27/hr, including their bonus pay. Base pay of $20.50/hour + bonuses earned. For example, $20.50 + safe driving bonus of $25/week, plus 3 rescue bonuses per week would equal $24/hr. Additional guaranteed hours bonus for drivers who finish early increases the hourly paid rate.

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license issued in the USA
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test – 4 panel

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Must be able to walk 7-12 miles per shift, navigating stairs, steep driveways, and uneven surfaces at a fast pace
• Use handheld device for routing information, and customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs
