Adventist Health Castle (AHCS), in beautiful Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii, is actively helping an established Family Medicine private practice to recruit a FM board-certified Physician to join their team. If you are enthusiastic about full-spectrum outpatient care from infants to seniors, and dedicated to serving the Windward community and greater Oahu island, this could be the right fit for you.
Physicians utilize scribes, which help to offload documentation and promote a positive work/life balance. You will be joining a team of 4 Family Medicine physicians and 1 physician assistant that offers high-quality and comprehensive care including disease prevention, screening, and management, telehealth, and outpatient gynecology services. Target start date is April 2023.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wishes to serve a broad patient population in a close-knit, welcoming, and family-oriented rural community. The ideal physician will have the desire to be part of a team that focuses on putting patient care first, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and welcomes change and process improvement. Effective communication skills with patients, staff, and colleagues is required.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible, Hawaii Medical licensed, and meet hospital medical staff credentialing standards.
