Product Manager Propulsion & Battery Solutions

Where we need you

• Develop and execute regional product development strategy to grow business
• Monitor and report market developments, including future trends which impact products and/or strategy
• Support quotation process
• Conduct product-specific presentations for customers, internal and industry events
• Develop and execute regional business cases to support global and/or regional product strategy
• Develop and execute regional “total value management” opportunities and projects with the goal of improving competitiveness, profitability, or quality
• Define regional product marketing strategies and actions (promote products and/or industry events)
• Setting a product vision / defining a product strategy, and developing a product roadmap

How to convince us

• Bachelors Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in automotive at an OEM or Tier 1, specifically in engineering
• Technical Sales or Product Management
• Strong experience with plastic processing technology
• Strong understanding of product development with automotive manufacturing
• Technical skills related to project management and/or development and/or quality
• Knowledge of battery components and/or propulsion components for ICE vehicles
• Experience with Automotive Customers (Sales, Purchasing, Research & Development, or Project Management)
• Ability to work independently while creating and executing projects
• Ability to Manage a team without disciplinary leadership
• Presentation skills (including communication with multicultural customers and team members)
• Ability to analytical thinking and implementation
• Experience in business development strategies
• Knowledge of technical plastics and related complete production chains (1st processes and secondary processes)
