Hexcel is currently seeking Reinforcements Equipment Operators for our Seguin, TX, USA location. Shifts for these positions have not been determined.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Comply with and understand all safety rules and job hazards. Perform job responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Analyze and correct minor problems with equipment that affect the quality of the product. Inform technician of mechanical problems beyond the operator’s capability to correct.
• Accurately complete appropriate documentation regarding traceability, quality defects, and equipment mechanical problems to ensure quality production per customer specification.
• Accurately complete appropriate documentation regarding production sheets.
• Use hoist to move rolls of product to packing and loading area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, minimum.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform continuous (67-100%) physical activities, including seeing, standing, and walking.
• Ability to perform frequent (34-66%) physical activities, including reaching, grasping, climbing, stooping, threading, hearing, pushing, pulling, and writing.
• Ability to perform occasional (1-33%) physical activities, including kneeling, bending, speaking, lifting, feeling, and talking.
