We are Key Autism Services, and we are looking for caring, dedicated individuals to provide superior ABA Therapy to children on the spectrum in the comfort and safety of their own homes. We provide full training for those just starting their careers, as well as room for growth for more experienced candidates.

Behavior Therapist Requirements:
High school Diploma or College Degree
Childcare, healthcare, or mental health experience required
Must have consistent availability, Monday through Friday, including evenings
Impeccable attendance and reliability
Knowledge of Autism and appropriate behavioral interventions
Ability to work without constant oversight
Fun and professional personality to interact successfully with kids and parents
Open to feedback and ability to adjust approaches accordingly
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and submit documentation in a timely manner
Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and challenging situations with diplomacy
Maintain proactive communication with supervisor for feedback and guidance

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Employee must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.
Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
