What will you do?

• Operate a variety of equipment (lawn mower, trimmer, hedge pruner, skid steer, truck with a snowplow, sweeper, blower, etc.)
• Perform tasks in snow removal and landscaping such as snow plowing, sweeping, blowing, shoveling, mowing, trimming, etc.
• Plant trees, shrubs, bulbs, grass, and other plants
• Install landscaping materials
• Assist in irrigation system installations and maintenance
• Respond to service requests and emergencies
• Perform regular inspections of the building grounds to ensure curb-side appearance is in accordance with contract and Edon’s standards

What are we looking for?

• Minimum two years’ grounds experience
• Completed Grade 12 education
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
• Strong customer care and communication skills
