Job Title: Returned Mail Processing Representative

Job DescriptionThe Returned Mail Processing Representative will be responsible for supporting our automotive marketing clients. The primary duty will be to follow procedures for processing undeliverable marketing mailers. Total weekly hours may vary depending on the amount of returned mail.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Sorting and counting all returned marketing mailers for multiple automotive clients.
• Tracking all returned mail by scanning bar codes or inputting data into spreadsheets and different software programs.
• Monitoring e-mail inboxes and taking appropriate action including answering customer questions, escalating questions/complaints to the appropriate internal staff, updating data in the appropriate spreadsheets and software programs
• Other duties as assigned

Candidate profile:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
