Job Description

You are passionate about food and spirits with the ability to exude passion to your guests and provide them a memorable dining experience. You are able to handle pressure in a fast-paced and constantly moving environment. You must be Smart Serve certified and have at least 1 year of experience serving in a similar environment.

Qualifications

• A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
• Serving experience in a similar environment
• Smart Serve Certification a requirement
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and prioritize
• Strong oral communication skills
• High level of product knowledge
• Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
